Return Policy:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, and return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. Prior approval from IHOUSESTONE is required, and the issued return authorization number must be included with the return.

Items of a particular nature, such as training manuals, videos, etc., are non-returnable.

Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee after 30 days.

All items must be in new, unused, and resale condition.

Items cannot be returned without an IHOUSESTONE authorization number.

No credit will be issued for items returned without prior authorization.

Items shipped for free will have shipping charges deducted from the credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you purchased an item from an IHOUSESTONE distributor, please contact the distributor to discuss their return policy.

All liquids or chemicals must be unopened and in their original packaging.

We only accept unused models.
